📅 How far ahead should I reserve?

Booking at least a day before your ride is ideal. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving even earlier gives you the best shot at the vehicle and time you want.

🌎 Can travelers abroad book with you?

Absolutely. We take reservations from any country, handle international payments, and keep you posted by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Do you take last-minute rides?

We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to hold my booking?

Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.

💵 May I settle the full fare in cash on the day?

Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Is the service airport-only?

Not at all. Beyond the airport, we pick up and drop off at hotels, seaports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and group sizes can you cover?

Our fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, up to full-size coaches seating 40 to 54 — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Can you handle weddings and special occasions?

Yes — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP nights, and other events are all welcome. Message us and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi and chargers available on board?

Part of our fleet carries onboard Wi-Fi and USB charging. If that’s a must-have, mention it when you book and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will I be sharing the vehicle with strangers?

Never. Every ride is fully private — the vehicle belongs to you and your group alone, with no pooled seating.

✈️ What if my flight shifts earlier, runs late, or is canceled?

Relax — we follow your flight live and move your pickup to match, with no surcharge for the change.

🔁 And if my arrival time changes after I've booked?

Just send us the new details as soon as you have them; we’ll reschedule your pickup and keep watching the updated flight.

📍 Do you do meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.

📞 What if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver hold after I land?

Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.

International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.

Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.

For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if I'm stuck in the airport for over two hours?

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30<\/strong> for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver handle my bags?

Yes. Our drivers gladly help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

The included allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger.

Bringing more — additional cases, a musical instrument, mobility gear, or a stroller? Tell us ahead of time so we can reserve the room; an extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the car?

Yes — small dogs and cats are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up when booking.

👶 Do you supply child seats?

Yes. One child seat for kids under five is included free. Need an additional one? Ask in advance — it runs US$ 15<\/strong>.

🥤 Is eating or drinking okay during the trip?

We ask that you skip eating in the vehicle. Sealed bottled water is the only exception allowed on board.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, a brief nearby stop set up beforehand can usually be accommodated, with a small charge for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll shift your pickup to the new time.

💲 Will there be charges on top of the quote?

No — the quoted figure is what you pay, with no hidden extras. A tip for your driver is entirely optional and always appreciated.
