We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.
Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.
Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.
The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.
No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.
Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.
International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.
Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.
For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.
It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30<\/strong> for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.
