Private Door-to-Door Car Transfer Service from Miami

This is hourly chauffeur hire across Miami, sold at a flat rate from $90 per hour with a five-hour floor, in a Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or a Platinum SUV. A bilingual driver takes you from your own front door and brings you back to it, keeping one dedicated vehicle for the length of your block so nobody walks to a corner or opens an app.

What Does a Door-to-Door Car from Miami Cost? 🥂

Each booking holds a private vehicle for five hours at minimum, charged by the hour and fixed the instant you confirm.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $90/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 6 passengers: $140/hour

Five Hours of Viewings and Paperwork 🕴️

Days spent crossing the city between appointments are what a reserved block is genuinely for.

  • 11:00 am — collection at the hotel or the office, folders and keys aboard.
  • 11:30 am — the first viewing, with the driver holding rather than circling.
  • 1:00 pm — two further addresses, nothing re-parked in between.
  • 2:30 pm — lunch to talk it through, the car outside.
  • 4:00 pm — the last signature, five hours after the start.

Can a Door-to-Door Run Reach PortMiami? 🏝️

Yes — you and the luggage are delivered right to the PortMiami terminal.

Collection happens at your actual address, a Brickell high-rise or a house out in the suburbs alike, the bags go aboard, and the car draws up at the correct terminal so nobody wheels a suitcase across a garage. Our role is ground transport to and from the dock and nothing beyond it; the driving, the waiting and the door handling belong to us while the sailing belongs to you. Coming back, that same premium vehicle meets your ship and carries everyone home or onward to the airport. Reserve it as an hourly block when you want the driver to sit through the pre-boarding shuffle or fold in a stop en route, or as a straight private transfer when a clean pickup and drop between your door and the port is all you need. Either shape has its figure agreed before departure, so a chaotic embarkation morning leaves it untouched.

Will the Car Reach My Precise Miami Address? 🕴️

Yes — collection happens at the exact address you supply, never a corner down the street.

Send the collection point over WhatsApp — a Brickell condo lobby, a hotel entrance along Collins Avenue, a house in Coconut Grove or Aventura — and your chauffeur turns up at that very door. Delivery mirrors it: name the destination and the car pulls in at its entrance, be that a restaurant, a venue, a terminal or home once more. The principle holds across greater Miami and the neighbourhoods ringing it — nobody walks toward a pin on a map, nobody negotiates a meeting spot, nobody stands scattered along a sidewalk. Because a single vehicle is yours for the block, every address on the list receives identical treatment, and the driver keeps the car between stops so the day flows from one entrance to the next with no curbside waiting at all.

Does Door-to-Door Cover Terminals and Big Occasions?

Both are covered. Your chauffeur gathers you at home or at the hotel and sets you down curbside at MIA or FLL, then meets you the same way on the way back. For occasions — a concert, a wedding reception, a match — the driver leaves you at the entrance and stays through the block, so you walk out to your own car rather than hunting for a ride.

If We Are Behind, Does the Car Stay at the Entrance?

It stays. Driver and vehicle alike are reserved for your entire block, so the car simply sits at the door while you finish up. Since billing runs hourly and holds steady across the block, a handful of extra minutes never sets off a fresh fare — the chauffeur keeps your spot and pulls away the moment everyone is ready.

Is the Figure Measured in Hours Instead of Rides?

It is. Door-to-door work is priced per vehicle per hour, settled at booking, as a block of reserved time rather than a meter running per ride. Whether the driver holds at the curb, loops between stops or sits through your dinner, it all draws on one hourly figure — no surge and no separate line for waiting.

How Many Calls Can One Reserved Block Take?

However many the hours comfortably absorb — nothing caps the stops, only the clock. You build the itinerary and the driver holds at each address, so one block might carry a morning terminal drop, a lunch and a pair of shopping calls. Should the list swell, extend during the day and keep the same car and driver moving.

Is a Door-to-Door Reservation Adjustable at Short Notice?

Once the day and hour are fixed for service inside the coming 24 hours, that slot sits held under your name — a driver and a vehicle have already been pulled aside — so within that window the booking runs precisely as agreed, and at such short notice neither a date change nor a refund can be promised. The cheerful flip side: hours can always be added on the day at the same flat rate.

How Do I Learn the Cost and Secure the Day?

The hourly figures sit further up this page, so the cost by vehicle is already in front of you. To confirm, message us on WhatsApp with your headcount, a rough starting hour and the stops you have in mind; a 50% deposit takes the date off the board, with the balance reaching the driver on the day.

How an Hourly Block Keeps the Same Car and Driver 🚙

You choose the vehicle that suits your party, then keep both it and the person driving.

Open by telling us your headcount and a rough starting hour over WhatsApp; we pair you with the Black SUV XL, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or the Platinum SUV and confirm the block. From that first collection, one driver remains with you — nobody reassigned, no different car turning up at the next address. The route is your call: thread a lunch in Coconut Grove, an afternoon around Wynwood and an evening on Lincoln Road together, with the chauffeur holding at each while you head inside. If the day overruns, extend on the spot — every hour past your block carries the same flat per-vehicle figure, never a renegotiated fare, and those additions are squared up afterwards rather than immediately. Nothing in the plan is sealed until you say it is, which is exactly why door-to-door travellers reserve by the hour.

Which Tier Carries My Group Through the Day? 🚐

Heading the range, the Black SUV XL is the everyday answer for a small party travelling with luggage, roomy enough for terminal runs and long shopping loops alike. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the next step when a larger party wants one open cabin and a conversation that carries the whole way instead of two separate cars. Reach for the extended Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when the full crew plus every bag has to stay inside a single vehicle from door to door. Sitting at the luxury end, the Platinum SUV delivers a polished, executive-style arrival at a venue or terminal — Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. Whichever tier you reserve, your dedicated chauffeur is at the wheel and the vehicle belongs to your party alone; you set the tempo and never deal with the parking or the driving.

What Makes a Private Car Better Than Public Transportation? 🏙️

A private door-to-door car sidesteps stations, changes and printed timetables altogether.

Rather than walking to a stop, waiting on a scheduled departure and dragging luggage along a platform, you meet the chauffeur at your own door and leave the moment you are ready. The vehicle is held for your party, so there is no crowding and no fixed line — you decide whether the day threads Little Havana, South Beach and Bayside Marketplace or heads straight for one terminal. Bags travel with you, the driver holds at each stop, and the whole party stays together in one cabin instead of splitting across connections. For a family with luggage, a group bound for an event, or anyone with no appetite for decoding a timetable, the door-to-door car converts a stitched-together commute into one chauffeured ride — on your clock, from your address, the entire distance.

What Is Wrapped Into Your Hourly Door-to-Door Figure? 📋

The hourly figure takes in fuel, tolls, parking and every minute the driver spends waiting.

What you agree at booking pays for fuel, tolls and parking, along with all the waiting time strung between your stops. On board, a mobile hotspot supplies WiFi, so the party can map the next place or pass photographs around while moving. Whenever somebody needs a quick restroom, snack or stretch mid-block, a word to the driver is enough — one short comfort stop leaves the flat figure alone. The figure is the figure for the block; traffic, weather, or a port heaving with cruise passengers cannot move it. The one planned addition is the after-hours supplement on trips outside daytime hours, set out further down this page. Everything else — the reserved premium vehicle, the route you can rearrange, the driver keeping the car for you — sits inside what you fixed when you confirmed over WhatsApp.

What Baggage Travels With Us From Door to Door?

Reckon on one checked bag and one carry-on for each passenger, which sits comfortably in every tier. Should your party have extra or outsized pieces, send a message on WhatsApp beforehand and we either confirm the room or move you up to a roomier van, so everything and everyone travels in a single vehicle.

Are Child Seats Available and Are Pets Permitted?

Both, given a heads-up. The first child seat for a little one under five costs nothing; seats beyond that carry a small extra charge agreed at booking. Small animals are welcome as well — mention it in advance over WhatsApp and bring a pet carrier so everybody travels safely.

Why Hold a Private Door-to-Door Chauffeur in Miami? 🥂

One vehicle reserved solely for your party means nobody unfamiliar aboard and no surge.

Whatever you agree at booking is what stands — a jammed causeway, an afternoon storm or a peak cruise day never nudges it upward. The same chauffeur carries your entire block, learns your rhythm, and keeps the cabin clean and cool between stops, which makes for a calmer, more premium day than assembling one from separate cars. Reserving and adjusting run through a direct WhatsApp line rather than an anonymous queue, so a late address change or an added stop takes a single message. This is the natural way to move a family, a couple or a work party across Miami: one dedicated driver, a settled figure, and a route entirely under your control. From the opening door to the closing one, the day follows your plan rather than someone else’s dispatch board.

When Is the After-Hours Amount Added? 🌆

Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM nothing is added; trips landing outside that window pick up a small amount according to vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): a +$20 USD surcharge per trip outside daytime hours.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): a +10% surcharge over the trip value for trips outside daytime hours.

Will You Drive Us Door-to-Door From Miami to Orlando? 🚙

Yes — the same private vehicles handle the long haul from door to door.

Your chauffeur draws up at the Miami address, loads everything aboard, and drives the entire route while the family dozes, relaxes or watches the road unspool over the onboard WiFi. A straight Miami-to-Orlando drive with no waiting attached is a point-to-point private transfer; wanting the driver to stay and move you around once you arrive turns it into an hourly block instead. Either version spares you the terminals, the timetables and the second rental counter — the journey starts as the door shuts. Since your figure is settled before departure, a heaving travel weekend or thick I-95 traffic never alters what the drive north costs you. The car belongs to your party alone the whole way, leaving room to spread out, break for a stretch, and arrive rested.

Does the Holiday Begin as Soon as We Pull Away?

It does. With the chauffeur collecting you at the address and taking on the entire drive, the trip starts the moment everyone settles in — no parking, no queues, no ride out to a rental lot. You unwind, join the onboard WiFi, and turn up rested, with the same driver ready for any stops added along the way.

How Collection and Delivery Really Play Out 🕴️

The chauffeur meets you at your actual address and sets you down at the precise door.

No corner needs walking to and no app needs refreshing. Send the collection address over WhatsApp with a rough starting hour, and the driver rolls up to that door — a Brickell condo lobby, a South Beach hotel entrance, a home in Coconut Grove — then carries the day onward from there. Since the same vehicle belongs to you for the block, delivery works in reverse the same way: back to your own door, or straight along to the next one. Flying out of MIA or FLL? The chauffeur pulls in at your entrance, takes the bags, and sets you down curbside at the right terminal. Working through errands around Aventura Mall, Wynwood and Lincoln Road? The car holds at each stop and glides you along to the following one, so nobody circles for parking and the party never splits into two separate rides.

How Payment Works and How the Driver Is Held 📋

  • Ways to pay: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Holding the date: a 50% deposit fixes your day; the other 50% reaches the driver on the day, and cash is fine for that balance.
  • Hours: extend during the day whenever the diary allows — each added hour bills at the same flat figure and is squared up after the day rather than the minute you extend.

A Fast Rundown of a Door-to-Door Miami Chauffeur 🏙️

  • A single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur remain with you all block.
  • Five passengers plus luggage fit the Black SUV XL.
  • Six to nine guests share one cabin in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
  • Ten to fourteen passengers travel together in the larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
  • Six people ride in comfort inside the Platinum SUV.
  • Your driver handles English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
  • You pick the stops, and the driver holds between each of them.
  • The service runs daily, by day or by evening, across greater Miami.

Holding a Chauffeur All Day Versus Piling Up App Fares

Keeping one premium car by the hour is not the same exercise as reaching for a phone every time the group moves. A single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur belong to you for the block, the price is settled before anything begins, and the car simply waits while you eat, browse or take photographs — nothing to request again, no surge, no fresh stranger being told where you are headed.

Reserved by the hour with us Fares hailed on an app (Uber / Lyft)
A single hourly figure, settled before you set out A brand-new fare each leg, climbing 1.5×–4× at peak
The same car and driver stay beside you all day A different vehicle and a stranger at every collection
Your driver holds between stops — nothing to re-book Request again and stand at the curb after each stop
A vetted bilingual professional at the wheel Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually finishes below a run of surging Uber Black or Lyft Lux fares — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the opening pickup to the closing drop-off.

Can the Last Hour Split Between Addresses? 🚐

It can — a block need not finish where it opened, or with everyone still aboard.

The closing stretch can leave one rider in one neighbourhood, another somewhere across town and the last person at home, all inside hours you are already holding. It runs much better when the driver has the whole list from the beginning: hand over every address you know of when you reserve, even in the wrong order, and the sequence gets planned properly instead of improvised at the tail end of a long day.

Shall We Confirm Your Door-to-Door Miami Chauffeur? 🎆

Secure your door-to-door chauffeur by sending a WhatsApp message with your headcount, a rough starting hour and the addresses or venues on your list. We confirm the vehicle, fix your block, and the driver is at your door as the day opens. Whether it is one terminal run or a full day looping across Miami, the same car and driver stay with you throughout — you choose the stops, and the parking, the tolls and the driving are ours to deal with.

Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions we receive from travelers.

📅 How far ahead should I reserve?

Booking at least a day before your ride is ideal. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving even earlier gives you the best shot at the vehicle and time you want.

🌎 Can travelers abroad book with you?

Absolutely. We take reservations from any country, handle international payments, and keep you posted by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Do you take last-minute rides?

We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to hold my booking?

Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.

💵 May I settle the full fare in cash on the day?

Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Is the service airport-only?

Not at all. Beyond the airport, we pick up and drop off at hotels, seaports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and group sizes can you cover?

Our fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, up to full-size coaches seating 40 to 54 — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Can you handle weddings and special occasions?

Yes — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP nights, and other events are all welcome. Message us and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi and chargers available on board?

Part of our fleet carries onboard Wi-Fi and USB charging. If that’s a must-have, mention it when you book and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will I be sharing the vehicle with strangers?

Never. Every ride is fully private — the vehicle belongs to you and your group alone, with no pooled seating.

✈️ What if my flight shifts earlier, runs late, or is canceled?

Relax — we follow your flight live and move your pickup to match, with no surcharge for the change.

🔁 And if my arrival time changes after I've booked?

Just send us the new details as soon as you have them; we’ll reschedule your pickup and keep watching the updated flight.

📍 Do you do meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.

📞 What if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver hold after I land?

Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.

International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.

Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.

For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if I'm stuck in the airport for over two hours?

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver handle my bags?

Yes. Our drivers gladly help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

The included allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger.

Bringing more — additional cases, a musical instrument, mobility gear, or a stroller? Tell us ahead of time so we can reserve the room; an extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the car?

Yes — small dogs and cats are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up when booking.

👶 Do you supply child seats?

Yes. One child seat for kids under five is included free. Need an additional one? Ask in advance — it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking okay during the trip?

We ask that you skip eating in the vehicle. Sealed bottled water is the only exception allowed on board.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, a brief nearby stop set up beforehand can usually be accommodated, with a small charge for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll shift your pickup to the new time.

💲 Will there be charges on top of the quote?

No — the quoted figure is what you pay, with no hidden extras. A tip for your driver is entirely optional and always appreciated.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
