Private Chauffeured Transportation from Hollywood Beach to Formula 1 / GP

Hiring a private chauffeur by the hour from Hollywood Beach out to the Formula 1 / Grand Prix at the Miami International Autodrome starts at a flat $90 per hour, reserved as a block of five hours or longer, in a Black SUV XL, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, or Platinum SUV driven by a bilingual chauffeur. The same car and the same driver stay with your party for the entire race day, so you choose the stops and leave the parking scramble to everyone else.

What Does an Hourly Car to the Miami Grand Prix Cost? 🥂

Pricing is per vehicle, fixed at the moment you reserve, and every race-day block starts at five hours.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $90/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 6 passengers: $140/hour

Pickups on the Hollywood Beach Side 🕴️

The Broadwalk itself is closed to vehicles, so collection happens at your hotel or building’s street entrance a block back from the sand rather than on the promenade. Give us the property name when the date is set and the chauffeur takes the landward approach, which keeps the whole pickup clear of the pedestrian crowd on a Grand Prix morning. The car’s make and colour reach you before the hour, so nobody stands scanning a row of black SUVs.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Race-Day Party? 🚐

Pick the tier that matches your headcount and bags, and that one vehicle stays yours for the whole block.

A couple or a small crew heading for the grandstands together fits the Black SUV XL, which takes up to five passengers. Larger parties move up to the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, offered in a six-to-nine layout and a ten-to-fourteen layout — the natural pick for a hospitality group or an extended family arriving at the paddock in one piece. The Platinum SUV seats as many as six and leans plush for a VIP weekend. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. Send your group size over WhatsApp and we confirm the fit, or step up to a bigger van when the luggage is oversized or the count creeps past the tier.

What Does Race Day Look Like from Hollywood Beach to the Circuit? 🏟️

Departure is timed against the crowd, the drop is close in, and the same driver comes back for you.

On a Grand Prix weekend the approach roads to the Miami International Autodrome slow to a crawl, which is exactly why the day begins early and unhurried. Your chauffeur tracks how the weekend flow is building, pulls away from Hollywood Beach with real margin, and takes whichever approach to Hard Rock Stadium — the circuit’s home — is moving best that morning. You step out as near the gates as the marshaled traffic plan permits, with no lot to hunt down and no long march from an overflow field. Once the checkered flag drops and the grandstands drain, the scramble happens without you: the driver is already waiting nearby and rolls up to the agreed meeting point as soon as you send a message. Between the morning gates and the evening exit the car sits ready, so bags can be dropped, a bite along the Broadwalk can happen on the way out, or you can go straight for the paddock.

What is the drop-off point closest to the circuit?

You are set down as near the entrance as race-weekend marshaling allows, at an agreed spot instead of a far-off parking field. That means walking in fresh rather than trekking across gravel, and the same spot doubles as your reference point when the driver comes back for the pickup.

Is this an alternative to the free race-weekend shuttle?

Ours is a car held for your party alone, so there is no boarding queue and no departure timetable set by somebody else. You leave when your group is ready, not when a vehicle happens to fill, and the driver stays on to carry everyone home afterwards.

What is the usual way groups get to Hard Rock Stadium for the 2026 Grand Prix?

Most parties hand the whole approach to one chauffeur rather than driving themselves. Everyone rides out from Hollywood Beach together, the driver works the marshaled race-weekend routing toward the Autodrome, sets you down near the gates, and stays in the area for the run back — nothing to park, nothing surging, nobody split into a second car.

What airports work best for F1 visitors flying into Miami?

Groups land at either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International, and the driver can collect them there and carry the day from that point. After you have settled into Hollywood Beach, the hourly service takes over the circuit runs in both directions, so arriving in Florida never turns into chasing rides.

Do you run circuit transfers for a group staying at a hotel?

Yes — the chauffeur collects your party at the Hollywood Beach hotel and runs the circuit legs morning and evening on your clock. What we supply is the private car and the driver, not the room or the race tickets, but the daily hops between hotel and Autodrome are precisely what this service is built for.

What Does the Hourly Rate Already Cover? 📋

Fuel, every toll, and race-day parking sit inside the hourly figure.

Nothing gets added on as you move around the circuit — fuel, tolls, and parking charges are all accounted for. A single short comfort stop partway through the block, whether that is a restroom, a snack, or a stretch of the legs, is no trouble; mention it to the driver and the rate holds. Bags run to one checked piece plus one carry-on per passenger, which handles race-day gear and a hospitality group’s kit; message us on WhatsApp beforehand if you are carrying extra or oversized items and we will either confirm the room or move you into a larger van. Bringing a small child? The first seat for a little one under five costs nothing, and any additional seat carries a modest fee quoted at booking. Small pets travel too, given advance notice and a carrier. The one thing sitting outside the rate is the after-hours surcharge, which only applies beyond daytime hours.

What Departure Time Works from Hollywood Beach on Grand Prix Day? 🏟️

Give the departure plenty of cushion — the roads around the Autodrome thicken well before the gates open. Your chauffeur builds the Hollywood Beach start time to clear the heaviest congestion and still reach the circuit without rushing. We agree an approximate time when you reserve, then fine-tune it as the session schedule and the day’s flow become clear.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Actually Work? 🚙

Choose a vehicle for the group, reserve the hours, and one driver stays with you throughout.

Reserving by the hour hands your party the car and the chauffeur for the whole block you have booked. Choose the tier that suits your headcount, share a rough start time and the stops you have in mind, and confirm it all through WhatsApp. Come race day the driver pulls up at your Hollywood Beach door and then takes direction from you — Autodrome first, lunch somewhere, a hotel bar later, whatever shape the day takes. No itinerary is locked. Slide in an extra stop, hang around the circuit longer, or have the driver idle while the crowd disperses; none of it needs re-requesting and none of it triggers a new negotiation. When the racing overruns and you want more time, you extend right there if the schedule has room. One vehicle, one experienced chauffeur, and your plan from first pickup through final drop-off.

What Does the Race-Day Service Come Down To? 🏙️

  • One vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur assigned to your group for the day.
  • The car waits between stops instead of being sent away.
  • Stops, routing, and pace are yours to set.
  • Chauffeurs speak English plus Spanish or Portuguese.
  • A mobile hotspot supplies onboard WiFi.
  • Available daily across Miami, daytime and evening alike.
  • Several stops slot comfortably into a booked block.
  • Your party rides alone in the vehicle.

Does the Same Chauffeur Cover Drop-Off and Pickup? 🕴️

Yes — whoever sets you down at the gates is the same chauffeur who collects the group later. Holding the car for the full block means the driver stays in the area through the racing, then swings back to the agreed meeting point once you send word. Same driver, same vehicle, both ends of the day.

What Does Race-Weekend Congestion Do to the Pickup? 🌆

With tens of thousands of people moving at once the roads clog, so the collection happens at an agreed nearby point rather than a curb that has seized up. The driver holds position close by and eases in as soon as the flow permits and you have messaged. Congestion never alters what you pay — you simply say when you are ready.

Is there a limit on stops inside our booked hours?

However many the block comfortably absorbs. Inside your booked hours the driver shuttles you between the circuit, a meal, the hotel, or a bar with no ceiling on how often you stop — the routing belongs to you. Stacking stops is the whole reason to hire by the hour, and the car simply waits at each one.

What if a race-weekend booking has to move at short notice?

Once a race day falls inside the next 24 hours the slot is committed to you and a driver and vehicle are already held aside, so the date and time stand as arranged and at that notice we cannot promise a change or a refund. The upside is that adding hours on the day remains open.

What parts of Miami can the chauffeur reach on race day?

From your Hollywood Beach base the service reaches across Miami-Dade and Broward — South Beach, Brickell, Wynwood, Aventura, downtown, and out to the Autodrome. One chauffeur looping the whole area on your hours is what makes a Florida race trip easy, so dinner in one district and drinks in another need neither parking nor separate rides.

Does anyone else ride along with us?

Not once. Each reservation is a single vehicle held for your party — no strangers joining, no pooling, no timetable to meet. The car is yours from first pickup to final drop-off, and the driver works to your plan alone.

Can a Larger F1 Group Take a Private Van? 🚐

Yes. A bigger race-day party fits into the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, keeping a hospitality group or an extended family together rather than dividing them between cars. It is held for your group, stays through the block, and comes back for the post-race collection.

Why Reserve a Private Chauffeur for the Grand Prix? 🥂

A held chauffeur converts a hectic race day into something calm and upscale.

Your party keeps one vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur for the entire block at an hourly figure fixed the moment you reserve — demand can spike, the biggest event of the year can arrive, and the number does not move. There is no parking to hunt, no dividing the group between cars, no standing at a curb re-requesting a ride once the flag has fallen. The chauffeur reads how the weekend is flowing, waits through each stop, and stays reachable on WhatsApp so the plan can bend in real time. One private car, a rate that holds, and a single experienced driver from gate to gate beats assembling the day piece by piece. It is the easiest way to arrive at the Autodrome unruffled, on your own schedule, and to leave the same way.

Do Late-Night Race Hours Cost Extra? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. Race days that stretch past the evening — a late session or a night out after the podium — add a small after-hours charge by vehicle type:

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$20 USD surcharge per trip outside daytime hours.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the trip value for trips outside daytime hours.

What Is the Reservation and Payment Process? 📋

  • Accepted methods: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Deposit: a 50% deposit locks in your race-weekend booking, with the remaining balance paid to the driver on the day — cash is fine for that portion.
  • Hours: the five-hour minimum can be extended on the day if the schedule allows; each added hour bills at the same flat rate and settles afterward, not the moment you extend.

Holding a Chauffeur for the Day vs. Stacking App Rides

Booking one premium vehicle by the hour is a different proposition from opening an app every time the group moves. You keep a single car and a single bilingual chauffeur across the whole block, the number is settled before you start, and the vehicle simply sits waiting while you eat, shop, or take photographs — nothing to re-request, no surge, no new stranger learning your destination each time.

By the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
A single hourly figure, settled before the first pickup A new fare every leg, climbing 1.5×–4× when demand peaks
The same car and the same chauffeur across the whole day Another vehicle and another stranger at each pickup
The driver waits through every stop — nothing to re-book Request again and stand at the curb after each stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whoever happens to accept the ping

Totalled across a day of stops, one reserved chauffeur generally comes in under a chain of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and the whole thing stays calmer and more premium from first pickup to last drop-off.

A Race Day Written Out in Times 🏟️

Times make the shape obvious. Collection at the hotel entrance at 9:00 am, rolling south by 9:10, gate reached around 10:00. The reserved hours then carry through the sessions, and at 5:15 pm the car meets the group at the point named that morning. A stop for food on the way down sits inside those same hours, as does a slow run back up A1A once the traffic has thinned.

Ready to Lock In Your Grand Prix Ride? 🎆

Send us a WhatsApp message with your headcount, an approximate start time, and the stops you are picturing — the Autodrome, a hotel, somewhere for dinner along the way — and we will confirm the vehicle and hold your race-weekend block. Reserve early: the same car and chauffeur stay with your group from the opening gate to the final lap, and race-weekend dates disappear as the crowd arrives in Miami. Send the details through and we will set the plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions we receive from travelers.

📅 How far ahead should I reserve?

Booking at least a day before your ride is ideal. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving even earlier gives you the best shot at the vehicle and time you want.

🌎 Can travelers abroad book with you?

Absolutely. We take reservations from any country, handle international payments, and keep you posted by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Do you take last-minute rides?

We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to hold my booking?

Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.

💵 May I settle the full fare in cash on the day?

Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Is the service airport-only?

Not at all. Beyond the airport, we pick up and drop off at hotels, seaports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and group sizes can you cover?

Our fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, up to full-size coaches seating 40 to 54 — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Can you handle weddings and special occasions?

Yes — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP nights, and other events are all welcome. Message us and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi and chargers available on board?

Part of our fleet carries onboard Wi-Fi and USB charging. If that’s a must-have, mention it when you book and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will I be sharing the vehicle with strangers?

Never. Every ride is fully private — the vehicle belongs to you and your group alone, with no pooled seating.

✈️ What if my flight shifts earlier, runs late, or is canceled?

Relax — we follow your flight live and move your pickup to match, with no surcharge for the change.

🔁 And if my arrival time changes after I've booked?

Just send us the new details as soon as you have them; we’ll reschedule your pickup and keep watching the updated flight.

📍 Do you do meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.

📞 What if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver hold after I land?

Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.

International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.

Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.

For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if I'm stuck in the airport for over two hours?

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver handle my bags?

Yes. Our drivers gladly help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

The included allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger.

Bringing more — additional cases, a musical instrument, mobility gear, or a stroller? Tell us ahead of time so we can reserve the room; an extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the car?

Yes — small dogs and cats are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up when booking.

👶 Do you supply child seats?

Yes. One child seat for kids under five is included free. Need an additional one? Ask in advance — it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking okay during the trip?

We ask that you skip eating in the vehicle. Sealed bottled water is the only exception allowed on board.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, a brief nearby stop set up beforehand can usually be accommodated, with a small charge for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll shift your pickup to the new time.

💲 Will there be charges on top of the quote?

No — the quoted figure is what you pay, with no hidden extras. A tip for your driver is entirely optional and always appreciated.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
