Executive Private Ground Transportation for Groups from Coconut Grove

Out of Coconut Grove this is private chauffeur hire by the hour — a flat rate from $90 per hour, a five-hour floor, and a roomy premium vehicle that holds the entire team together. One bilingual driver remains with the party for the whole block, waits between every appointment, and takes on the driving while your people concentrate on the day itself.

What Does Hourly Executive Group Transportation from Coconut Grove Cost? 🥂

A single flat hourly figure buys the vehicle and your bilingual chauffeur, and every reservation runs to a five-hour minimum block.

  • Up to 5 passengers — Black SUV XL: $90/hour
  • 6 to 9 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $120/hour
  • 10 to 14 passengers — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV, 1 to 6 passengers: $140/hour

From CocoWalk to Brickell, Timed 🏙️

Set against a clock, a five-hour block out of Coconut Grove commonly runs: 8:45 am collection outside the office, a Brickell meeting by 9:10, a second appointment in Coral Gables at 10:45, a hosted lunch at 12:15 with the car holding nearby, and the final drop at 1:45 pm. The count starts at the reserved pickup and closes at that last address, so an appointment finishing early hands the team spare time rather than a smaller bill.

How Does an Entire Team Move Out of Coconut Grove? 🕴️

It works best when everybody rides in one vehicle running on one clock.

Your company chooses the tier suiting the party, names a starting hour, and passes over the day’s stops — a morning session in Brickell, a lunch appointment in Coral Gables, an afternoon at the Miami Beach Convention Center — and the same chauffeur links every one of them. Between each appointment the driver holds close by and repositions to the entrance, so the team steps out of one meeting straight into the car with no regrouping inside a parking garage. Coconut Grove makes an easy launch point in its own right: assemble at the office or a CocoWalk hotel, load everything aboard, and roll out as one. Because the pace is yours, a session that overruns simply pushes the following collection — the itinerary bends around the team rather than the reverse, and nobody is stranded at a curb awaiting a separate ride while everyone else moves on.

How is a multi-stop meeting agenda managed?

Your chauffeur holds the route across the whole block and reshapes it live. You call the running order, and between each stop the driver stays close, then draws up to the entrance as the team finishes. Insert a stop, drop one, or linger over a working lunch — the plan flexes with no fresh fare and no new ride request.

Where does a team assemble before leaving Coconut Grove?

Most teams meet at their Coconut Grove office or a waterfront hotel near CocoWalk, load bags and equipment into one vehicle, and depart together. The driver turns up at the agreed hour, so the whole party leaves on schedule rather than trickling in from separate cars scattered around the neighbourhood.

Which Luxury Vehicle Matches Our Team Size? 🚐

Four private tiers cover an executive team of any size, with the Black SUV XL heading the range. Five colleagues ride in leather comfort inside the Black SUV XL — ideal for a compact leadership party bound for a single appointment. As the roster grows, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for six to nine keeps everybody in one cabin with room to spread out laptops and bags. A full department fits the larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter at ten to fourteen seats, so nobody peels off into a second car. One to six passengers take the Platinum SUV and its elevated, boardroom-on-wheels finish, aimed at senior staff and VIP guests. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. Each tier turns up clean, climate-controlled and staffed by one professional chauffeur, and each carries a flat hourly figure agreed the moment you reserve.

How Does Hiring a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

Hourly hire holds the vehicle and driver for a block, not for a single journey.

Your coordinator selects the tier for the party, names a starting hour and a collection point, and lists whatever stops the day demands. From then on the chauffeur belongs to your team: he drives, holds, and repositions between every stop while you dictate the route and the pace. Nothing about the schedule is carved in stone — reorder the stops, stay longer at a venue, or trim one out, and the figure does not move. Should the day run beyond what was planned, extending on the spot is possible whenever the diary allows, with each added hour billing at the same flat per-vehicle figure rather than a renegotiated fare. It amounts to one continuous chauffeured day instead of a stack of separate rides, all arranged and confirmed over WhatsApp before anybody sets off.

Is extra time available when a session overruns?

Yes. Where the diary allows, the block gets extended on the day itself, and each additional hour bills at the same flat per-vehicle figure — never a surge and never a renegotiated fare. Nor do those hours have to be paid on the spot; they are settled afterwards with the driver or over WhatsApp once the day wraps up.

What applies to a short-notice or amended reservation?

Where your day falls inside the next 24 hours, that slot is reserved specifically for your team — a driver and vehicle are already held in your name — so the date and hour are fixed and the booking runs exactly as agreed. At such short notice neither a date change nor a refund can be promised, though hours can always go on during the day.

Are Miami Airports and Fort Lauderdale Covered for Arriving Teams? 🏙️

Yes. Your chauffeur meets an arriving team at Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International or Miami-Opa Locka Executive, then stays on the clock through the whole day of appointments. Where all you need is a straight arrival drop with no waiting attached, that runs instead as a simple private point-to-point transfer.

Does the driver remain on after an airport collection?

Yes. On hourly hire the chauffeur meets the team at arrivals and then stays on the clock — driving to the hotel, the opening appointment, and every stop after it. The airport leg is merely how the day begins rather than a one-off drop, so one driver carries the party through the entire agenda.

What Does the Hourly Figure Cover Across a Group Day? 🥂

That flat figure buys considerably more than the drive itself. Fuel, tolls and parking across the whole block are wrapped in, so what you agree at booking is what the day costs. A mobile hotspot on board keeps the team connected between sessions. Since the vehicle belongs to you for the block, no metered waiting runs while the party sits in a meeting — the driver simply holds nearby. Travelling with a young child? A first child seat is free for a little one under five, and each further seat carries a small fee agreed at booking. Everything the team needs to keep working while the miles pass belongs to the figure rather than appearing as a line item. The one charge that can ever sit on top of it is the supplement on trips running outside daytime hours, set out just below.

Why Hold a Private Chauffeur for the Whole Corporate Day? 🥂

A private vehicle reserved for your team is the calm, controlled way to run a corporate day. One car and one chauffeur are yours from the opening collection to the closing drop, and the figure is fixed at booking — no surge during a busy conference week, no fare that leaps because the traffic did. Your driver knows the route, waits at the curb while meetings overrun, and repositions the vehicle so the team walks straight out into a warm cabin instead of hunting for a space. It is all arranged directly over WhatsApp, so your coordinator speaks to a real person rather than a queue. This is a premium service built around the party’s schedule — better than stitching a day together ride by ride, with one professional at the wheel keeping the whole team moving as one from beginning to end.

Could another company end up sharing the cabin?

Never. Every booking is private to your team from the opening collection to the closing drop. The car, the chauffeur and the block of hours are held for your company alone — nothing pooled, nobody unfamiliar, no second party in the cabin. The entire day belongs to one group and one driver.

Where Across Miami Can Our Chauffeur Take the Team? 🏝️

Wherever the agenda points. A typical corporate day loops Brickell offices, the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, a Little Havana lunch, or a client dinner off Ocean Drive, with a run up to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale or out toward the Hard Rock Stadium region for a company event. The driver holds between each, so the team never parks or re-books.

Do Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale fall inside the coverage?

Yes. Past Miami-Dade the chauffeur runs the team up to Fort Lauderdale, the Las Olas district included, for appointments, dinners or an evening out. It is the same private vehicle and driver on the same hourly block — the party crosses county lines without swapping cars or booking another ride.

Can a Team Be Kept to Schedule Across Several Meetings? 📋

Yes. One chauffeur carries your team through every appointment, holding nearby between meetings and drawing up to the door as each finishes. You set the order and the timing, so a session that overruns simply shifts the next collection — nobody scrambles for a separate ride and the whole party moves together on your clock.

Is a Luxury Van an Option for Corporate Parties? 🚐

Yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a private luxury van held for your team alone, with room to spread out laptops and bags and a mobile hotspot aboard. It is never pooled or shared — the van, the driver and the block of hours belong to your company for the day.

May the team carry additional bags or presentation kit?

Each passenger brings one checked bag and one carry-on as standard. For extra or outsized pieces — the sort a team hauls to a conference — message us beforehand and we confirm the space or move you up to a bigger van. The vehicle gets planned around what the party is genuinely carrying.

What Is the Largest Party That Travels Together from Coconut Grove? 🕴️

Fourteen colleagues ride together inside one private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, keeping a whole department in a single cabin. Smaller leadership teams travel in the Black SUV XL or the Platinum SUV, so whether it is four executives or a fourteen-person party, everybody stays in one vehicle with one chauffeur across the day.

Can Executive Group Transportation Be Booked for a Whole Day? 🎊

Yes. Reserve the block your agenda calls for and keep the same car and chauffeur from the morning’s opening appointment through to an evening occasion. If the day stretches, hours go on there and then at the same flat rate, so a packed full-day schedule stays under one driver and one plan.

Do Early or Late Corporate Runs Carry an Addition? 🌆

Booking your team inside daytime hours, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, attracts no surcharge. For a breakfast run before dawn or a corporate dinner stretching into the night, a small surcharge applies to trips outside those hours.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): a +$20 USD surcharge per trip outside daytime hours.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): a +10% surcharge over the trip value for trips outside daytime hours.

How Is the Team’s Vehicle Paid For and Held? 📋

  • Ways to pay: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link sent over WhatsApp.
  • Holding the date: A 50% deposit fixes your date, and the other 50% reaches the driver on the day, with cash accepted for that balance.
  • Hours: Reserve the block your day needs and extend during the day when the diary allows — each added hour bills at the same flat figure and settles after the day, not the minute you extend.

What Should a Coordinator Know Before Anything Else? 🏙️

  • A single dedicated vehicle and one professional chauffeur stay the whole block.
  • Between every meeting and stop the same driver holds.
  • Stops and pace are yours to set inside the hours you reserve.
  • The chauffeur speaks English plus Spanish fluently.
  • Executive group service runs daily, morning or evening.
  • Everything is reserved and confirmed over WhatsApp.
  • Small animals travel with advance notice inside a carrier.
  • A quick comfort stop for the team is easy to slot in.

Other Private Chauffeur Options Around Miami 🚙

A Reserved Chauffeur All Day Compared With Repeat App Bookings

Holding one premium car by the hour is a different exercise from reaching for a phone every time the group moves. A single vehicle and a single bilingual chauffeur belong to you for the block, the price is settled before anything begins, and the car merely waits while you eat, browse or take photographs — nothing to request again, no surge, no fresh stranger being told your destination.

Held by the hour with us Rides hailed on an app (Uber / Lyft)
A single hourly figure, settled before you set off A brand-new fare each leg, climbing 1.5×–4× at peak
The same car and driver stay beside you all day A different vehicle and a stranger at every collection
Your driver holds between stops — nothing to re-book Request again and stand at the curb after each stop
A vetted bilingual professional at the wheel Whoever happens to accept the ping

Across a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually finishes below a run of surging Uber Black or Lyft Lux fares — and it stays a calmer, more premium service from the opening pickup to the closing drop-off.

Does Each Extra Stop Cost More? 🚙

No — nothing here is priced by the stop. Three addresses and eleven addresses both cost the same five hours at $90, because the only thing a booking consumes is time. That is why coordinators with a scattered agenda tend to add the marginal stop rather than agonise over it.

Shall We Book Your Team’s Chauffeur for the Day? 🎆

Send your headcount, a rough starting hour, and the stops or venues on the day’s agenda, and we will match the right vehicle and confirm the whole plan over WhatsApp. Reserve the block your schedule needs, keep one professional chauffeur and one premium vehicle from the opening appointment to the last, and let the team travel as one while somebody else deals with the driving, the parking and the timing.

Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions we receive from travelers.

📅 How far ahead should I reserve?

Booking at least a day before your ride is ideal. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving even earlier gives you the best shot at the vehicle and time you want.

🌎 Can travelers abroad book with you?

Absolutely. We take reservations from any country, handle international payments, and keep you posted by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Do you take last-minute rides?

We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to hold my booking?

Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.

💵 May I settle the full fare in cash on the day?

Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Is the service airport-only?

Not at all. Beyond the airport, we pick up and drop off at hotels, seaports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and group sizes can you cover?

Our fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, up to full-size coaches seating 40 to 54 — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Can you handle weddings and special occasions?

Yes — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP nights, and other events are all welcome. Message us and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi and chargers available on board?

Part of our fleet carries onboard Wi-Fi and USB charging. If that’s a must-have, mention it when you book and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will I be sharing the vehicle with strangers?

Never. Every ride is fully private — the vehicle belongs to you and your group alone, with no pooled seating.

✈️ What if my flight shifts earlier, runs late, or is canceled?

Relax — we follow your flight live and move your pickup to match, with no surcharge for the change.

🔁 And if my arrival time changes after I've booked?

Just send us the new details as soon as you have them; we’ll reschedule your pickup and keep watching the updated flight.

📍 Do you do meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.

📞 What if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver hold after I land?

Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.

International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.

Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.

For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if I'm stuck in the airport for over two hours?

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver handle my bags?

Yes. Our drivers gladly help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

The included allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger.

Bringing more — additional cases, a musical instrument, mobility gear, or a stroller? Tell us ahead of time so we can reserve the room; an extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the car?

Yes — small dogs and cats are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up when booking.

👶 Do you supply child seats?

Yes. One child seat for kids under five is included free. Need an additional one? Ask in advance — it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking okay during the trip?

We ask that you skip eating in the vehicle. Sealed bottled water is the only exception allowed on board.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, a brief nearby stop set up beforehand can usually be accommodated, with a small charge for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll shift your pickup to the new time.

💲 Will there be charges on top of the quote?

No — the quoted figure is what you pay, with no hidden extras. A tip for your driver is entirely optional and always appreciated.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
