Executive Ground Transportation from Downtown Miami

Hire a private chauffeur by the hour straight from your Downtown Miami office or hotel — one premium vehicle, one discreet bilingual driver, from $90 per hour and reserved as a five-hour minimum block. That same car and that same chauffeur follow your executives through every appointment, and every stop and every bit of the pacing is yours to call.

What Does Executive Car Service from Downtown Miami Cost? 🥂

Corporate rates are quoted per vehicle, and each reservation runs a five-hour minimum block.

  • Black SUV XL carrying up to 5 passengers: $90/hour
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carrying 6 to 9 passengers: $120/hour
  • Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carrying 10 to 14 passengers: $140/hour
  • Platinum SUV carrying 1 to 6 passengers: $140/hour

Can One Chauffeur Anchor an Entire Client Roadshow? 🏙️

A roadshow holds together when one driver and one car carry the whole itinerary.

Investor and sales roadshows move fast — several presentations in different buildings, narrow windows in between, principals who cannot be standing outside looking for a ride. With a reserved chauffeur your bankers or executives leave one meeting and step directly into the same waiting vehicle, brief each other privately on the way over, and walk into the next address composed. The driver already has the full sequence, keeps your timing, and re-shuffles the second an appointment overruns or a slot frees up early. Confidential materials and devices sit in a car that is yours alone for the day rather than a rotating cast of strangers. Whether the run stays inside Downtown and Brickell or stretches out to Coral Gables and Aventura, it holds as one discreet thread from the opening call to the final handshake.

Which Vehicles Fit Executive Corporate Travel? 🚐

Corporate travelers ride in one of four private tiers, led by the Black SUV XL.

For an executive, or an executive with a few colleagues moving office to office, the Black SUV XL is the everyday answer — composed, black on black, and roomy enough for briefcases and roll-aboards. Once a project team or a client group travels as one, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter opens up the cabin so nobody is separated and the conversation carries on en route. A second, larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter handles a bigger delegation heading to a conference or an offsite. At the top sits the Platinum SUV, for a principal or a VIP client who should arrive as polished as possible. Reference Cars: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Ford Expedition. Whichever tier you take is booked privately for your company alone, never shared, and stays held for the full block of hours you reserve.

Which Car Suits a Solo Executive or a Pair?

One executive, or two moving between offices, belongs in the Black SUV XL — discreet, composed, and easy on space for laptop bags and roll-aboards. Where a principal or a VIP client wants the most polished arrival possible, the Platinum SUV is the tier above.

What Carries a Larger Delegation?

A project team or a client group fits one cabin in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and a larger Sprinter absorbs a bigger conference delegation. Either keeps your party together with room to work or brief on the move, held privately for your company across the whole block.

Can Executives and a Small Team Share One Car?

Yes. A principal with a handful of colleagues travels together in the Black SUV XL, and a fuller project team or client group moves as one in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Everyone in a single private vehicle means your people can talk between appointments and turn up at the same moment instead of trickling in from separate cars.

Is a Bigger Group Something You Handle?

Yes. A larger delegation on its way to a conference or an offsite rides in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter sized for the group, booked privately for your company. The team stays intact for the full block with the same driver holding between stops — no convoy to coordinate, nobody stranded on a curb.

Can You Run Multiple Meeting Stops Across Miami? 🏙️

One chauffeur can thread every meeting in the city onto a single reserved block.

A day might open in a Downtown Miami tower, cross into the Brickell financial corridor for a mid-morning pitch, continue to a client office in Coral Gables, then loop up to Wynwood for a working lunch before returning for late calls. Between all of it the driver keeps the car, so nobody stands at a curb in the sun and presentation materials stay in the vehicle instead of being dragged through every lobby. Reorder the stops mid-flight, slot in one you forgot, or stay longer where a meeting is running late — the route is yours and the chauffeur simply follows it. A scattered map of appointments becomes one smooth chauffeured workday under a booking your account settles in a single place.

What Sits Inside the Hourly Corporate Rate? 🕴️

The hourly rate covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the comforts that keep a workday moving.

Onboard WiFi comes off a mobile hotspot, so drive time gets spent clearing email or reviewing a deck rather than lost. Need a quick stop for coffee or a restroom? Say so — the rate is unaffected. Clients traveling with children are covered as well: the first child seat for a little one under five is included, any additional seat is confirmed when you book, and a small pet may ride with advance notice in a carrier. The single add-on worth knowing about is a time-of-day surcharge for pickups outside standard daytime hours, set out further down. Everything else — the driver’s time, the waiting at every stop, and the routing you choose — is already inside the hourly figure you agree to.

Do You Cover Corporate Meetings Beyond Downtown Miami? 🚙

Coverage reaches every business district and travel hub across greater Miami.

Bookings begin in Downtown Miami, but the block follows wherever your schedule points — the Brickell financial corridor, corporate offices in Coral Gables and Aventura, the studios and showrooms of Wynwood, a working session in Coconut Grove, or the Miami Beach Convention Center in the middle of a big event week. Airport arrivals at MIA and pier pickups at PortMiami fold into the same day, so a visiting client is met, driven through their meetings, and delivered back to their gate or ship without one handoff. Longer point-to-point work, including a straight run between Miami and Orlando, uses the same private vehicles. You draw the map; the driver holds the car at each point and keeps the day on your clock, however far across the region the work pulls your team.

What Kinds of Corporate Trips Do You Take On?

Executive point-to-point days, client roadshows, conference and convention logistics, team offsites, VIP client hosting, and the airport or PortMiami runs that slot into the schedule. Underneath, it is all one product — a private vehicle and a bilingual chauffeur held by the hour — which is why a single account-friendly booking can carry an entire itinerary.

Are the Chauffeurs Licensed Professionals?

Every one of them. These are vetted, licensed drivers who do corporate work for a living — discreet, punctual, bilingual in English plus Spanish or Portuguese. They know the business districts and how event traffic behaves, they handle doors and loading, and they understand that a quiet, composed ride counts for as much as the route.

Why Put a Private Corporate Chauffeur on the Day? 🥂

A reserved chauffeur hands your executives one composed ride for the entire schedule.

Rather than chasing separate cars between appointments, your team holds one vehicle and one discreet bilingual driver from the opening pickup to the closing drop, and he waits quietly at the curb while a meeting runs over or starts early. Whatever you agree when you reserve is what you pay, so a hectic convention week or a heavy afternoon of traffic changes nothing — no surge, nothing renegotiated in the back seat. It is all confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp: name the start time, name the stops. The same chauffeur learns the shape of your day instead of a stranger picking it up cold every hour. For a company that wants its people walking in on time and unhurried, this is a premium arrangement and a far better day than stitching together one ride after another.

How Much Luggage Fits for a Traveling Team? 🚐

One checked bag and one carry-on per passenger is the standard allowance.

That covers a team landing for a conference or going from the last meeting straight to the airport. Laptop bags, sample cases and roll-aboards travel easily in both the SUV and the Sprinter tiers, and the driver loads at each door so nobody drags equipment across a lobby. Where the group has extra or oversized pieces — more gear than a normal trip, or a delegation with more bags than seats — send us a WhatsApp message before the day and we confirm the room or move the booking up to a larger private van so everything and everybody travels together. A quick note in advance whenever the load is heavier than usual means the right vehicle is there from the first pickup instead of a scramble on the curb. None of this is meant to read as a hard ceiling.

Message Him Ten Minutes Before You Walk Out 🕴️

Curb space outside a downtown tower rarely lets a car sit at the door, so he holds close by and comes forward on your word. Send a WhatsApp line as the meeting is wrapping and the vehicle reaches the entrance while you are still crossing the lobby — a habit that saves a few minutes at every stop and, across five meetings, most of an hour.

How Does Booking a Chauffeur by the Hour Work? 🚙

You pick the vehicle for your group, reserve a block of hours, and keep it all day.

Match the tier to the party first — Black SUV XL for an executive, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a full team — then send the day’s agenda over WhatsApp. From the minute your driver pulls up, that car and that chauffeur belong to your company for the whole block; there is no shift change and no different vehicle appearing between segments. The stops and their order are yours, and the itinerary stays open the whole way through, so the plan bends around your meetings rather than penning them in. Service runs every day, morning or evening, and if the schedule stretches you simply hold the car and extend on the spot at the same hourly rate. One accountable arrangement replaces a day of separate errands with a single steady ride.

Can I Add Hours Once the Day Has Started?

Yes. When the agenda runs long, tell your driver and keep the car — every hour past your block bills at the same flat rate for your vehicle, never a renegotiated fare. Those extra hours are not due on the spot either; they settle afterwards with the driver or over WhatsApp once the day is finished.

Who Decides the Route and the Stops?

You do. Your office supplies the day’s stops and timings, and the itinerary stays open throughout — add a meeting, cut one, or stay where a conversation is running late. The chauffeur takes your lead and holds the car between each address, so the plan flexes around the business rather than the reverse.

Will the Booking Stretch Across a Whole Business Day? 🕴️

Yes — the service was designed for a full business day, morning through evening.

Reservations open at a minimum block of hours, and companies routinely hold the car far past it to cover an entire schedule from an early breakfast meeting to an evening client dinner. A normal working day sits comfortably inside the surcharge-free daytime window, so most agendas run with no add-on whatsoever. One vehicle and one bilingual chauffeur stay assigned to your team the whole time, which rules out a shift change, a second driver to brief, or a gap between segments with somebody stranded outside a building. Should the agenda push into the evening, hold the car and add hours on the day. It stays one continuous, accountable arrangement for as long as your executives are out in the field.

Are There Any Charges Outside Daytime Hours? 🌆

Daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM carry no surcharge. When a pickup or a drop falls outside that window — an early airport run, a late client dinner — a modest surcharge applies by vehicle type.

  • SUV (1-5 passengers): +$20 USD surcharge per trip outside daytime hours.
  • Van (6-14 passengers): +10% surcharge over the trip value for trips outside daytime hours.

What Should a Corporate Booker Check First? 🏙️

  • Up to five passengers travel in the Black SUV XL.
  • Six to nine seats are available in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
  • Ten to fourteen fit the larger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
  • Six is the ceiling in the Platinum SUV.
  • One dedicated vehicle and driver stay with you the whole block.
  • Multiple stops can be set inside your reserved hours.
  • Fuel, tolls and parking are included in the rate.
  • Your bilingual chauffeur speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese.

How Do Companies Pay for Corporate Transportation? 📋

Companies settle exactly as any other client does — a deposit to hold the date, the balance on the day.

  • Accepted methods: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link sent over WhatsApp; cash is welcome for the balance on the day.
  • Deposit: 50% up front reserves your date and driver, and the remaining 50% goes to the chauffeur on the day.
  • Hours: reservations run a minimum block; extend on the day where the schedule allows, each added hour at the same flat rate, settled once the day is over.

How Early Can a Corporate Pickup Be Scheduled?

As far ahead as you want, all confirmed over WhatsApp. Send the group size, an approximate start time and the offices or venues on the agenda, and 50% down reserves the date. Booking early suits roadshows and conference weeks best, though same-day requests are welcome whenever a car is free.

What If Something Changes Inside 24 Hours?

Once the day and time are set for service within the next 24 hours, that slot is reserved specifically for you — a car and a driver are already held — so at that notice the booking runs exactly as agreed and a date change or a refund can’t be guaranteed. The cheerful flip side is that extra hours can always be added right on the day.

Holding One Car for the Day vs. Stacking Up App Rides

Reserving a premium vehicle by the hour is a different proposition from opening an app every time you need to move. A single car and a single bilingual chauffeur stay with you for the block, the price is settled before anything starts, and the vehicle waits while you eat, shop or take photographs — no requesting again, no surge, no fresh stranger being told where you are going.

Held by the hour with us App rides (Uber / Lyft)
A single hourly figure, agreed before you set off A new fare on every ride, surging 1.5×–4× at peak
One vehicle and one driver for the entire day Another car and another stranger at each pickup
Your driver holds between stops — nothing to re-book Request again and wait at the curb after every stop
A vetted, professional bilingual chauffeur Whichever driver happens to take the ping

Totalled over a full day of stops, one reserved chauffeur usually comes in under a chain of Uber Black or Lyft Lux surges — and it stays a calmer, more premium experience from the first pickup to the last drop-off.

Downtown Out and Back, With Times 🏙️

Out and back with times: 8:00 am collection outside the office, a Brickell meeting at 8:40, Coral Gables at 10:30, a Wynwood lunch from 12:15, and the closing drop downtown at 1:45 pm. Just under six hours, so the block gets reserved at six rather than at the floor. Those hours run from the eight o’clock collection to the final drop and no further.

Shall We Hold a Corporate Chauffeur for You? 🎆

One message is enough to start; we build the day around it. Give us the size of your party, an approximate start time, and the offices, venues or travel hubs on the agenda, and we confirm the vehicle tier and a bilingual driver for your block. The date is locked with 50% down, the car and chauffeur are set aside for your company, and everything from one executive transfer to a conference schedule running several days sits under a single account-friendly booking. A quiet morning of back-to-back meetings in Brickell or a roadshow crossing the whole city — either way your team steps into the same reserved vehicle each time and never touches a wheel, a garage or a ride app. Send us a message to hold the date and the car will be at your door.

Frequently Asked Questions
We answer the most common questions we receive from travelers.

📅 How far ahead should I reserve?

Booking at least a day before your ride is ideal. Around holidays and busy weekends, reserving even earlier gives you the best shot at the vehicle and time you want.

🌎 Can travelers abroad book with you?

Absolutely. We take reservations from any country, handle international payments, and keep you posted by WhatsApp and email throughout.

⏳ Do you take last-minute rides?

We operate on advance reservations only. Please plan for at least four hours’ lead time; anything same-day depends on availability and can’t be promised.

🔐 Is a deposit required to hold my booking?

Yes. We secure your reservation with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and up.

💵 May I settle the full fare in cash on the day?

Not in full. A 50% deposit by Zelle or our secure payment link locks in the vehicle; you’re welcome to hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on arrival.

🚗 Is the service airport-only?

Not at all. Beyond the airport, we pick up and drop off at hotels, seaports, train stations, restaurants, and private residences.

🚖 Which vehicles and group sizes can you cover?

Our fleet runs from XL SUVs for small parties to 12- and 14-seat vans, up to full-size coaches seating 40 to 54 — perfect for large gatherings.

🎉 Can you handle weddings and special occasions?

Yes — weddings, corporate conferences, VIP nights, and other events are all welcome. Message us and we’ll put together a tailored quote.

📶 Are Wi-Fi and chargers available on board?

Part of our fleet carries onboard Wi-Fi and USB charging. If that’s a must-have, mention it when you book and we’ll assign a vehicle that fits.

👥 Will I be sharing the vehicle with strangers?

Never. Every ride is fully private — the vehicle belongs to you and your group alone, with no pooled seating.

✈️ What if my flight shifts earlier, runs late, or is canceled?

Relax — we follow your flight live and move your pickup to match, with no surcharge for the change.

🔁 And if my arrival time changes after I've booked?

Just send us the new details as soon as you have them; we’ll reschedule your pickup and keep watching the updated flight.

📍 Do you do meet-and-greet inside the terminal?

Curbside is our standard pickup. Text us your exit door and the driver pulls up within minutes — typically quicker than waiting for a sign-holder. Prefer to be met inside the terminal with a name sign? We can arrange that for an added $20.

🚘 How do I spot my driver?

The day before travel we message you the driver’s name, the vehicle’s make and model, and the plate number, plus clear curbside meeting instructions.

📞 What if I can't get hold of my driver?

No need to worry. We message you the moment your flight touches down. If we don’t hear back quickly, the driver heads to the international arrivals hall on their own — wait there and we’ll find you. We never leave a passenger stranded.

⏱ How long will the driver hold after I land?

Domestic arrivals get up to 60 minutes of free wait.

International arrivals get a courtesy window of up to 120 minutes.

Hotel pickups include a 15-minute grace period.

For seaport pickups we hold for up to 60 minutes past the agreed time.

⏳ What if I'm stuck in the airport for over two hours?

It’s uncommon, because two free hours of waiting are already built in. Past that, the trip may count as a no-show. You can also pre-request more wait time at US$ 30 for each additional 30-minute block, paid to the driver in cash.

👜 Will the driver handle my bags?

Yes. Our drivers gladly help load and unload your luggage.

📦 Can I bring extra or oversized luggage?

The included allowance is one large suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger.

Bringing more — additional cases, a musical instrument, mobility gear, or a stroller? Tell us ahead of time so we can reserve the room; an extra fee may apply.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the car?

Yes — small dogs and cats are welcome as long as they ride in a secure carrier. Please give us a heads-up when booking.

👶 Do you supply child seats?

Yes. One child seat for kids under five is included free. Need an additional one? Ask in advance — it runs US$ 15.

🥤 Is eating or drinking okay during the trip?

We ask that you skip eating in the vehicle. Sealed bottled water is the only exception allowed on board.

🚧 Can we squeeze in a quick stop along the way?

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. That said, a brief nearby stop set up beforehand can usually be accommodated, with a small charge for the added time.

🕒 Can I move my pickup time after booking?

Yes. Give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and, subject to availability, we’ll shift your pickup to the new time.

💲 Will there be charges on top of the quote?

No — the quoted figure is what you pay, with no hidden extras. A tip for your driver is entirely optional and always appreciated.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Within 24 hours of the ride, the booking is non-refundable.
